Terms of Purchase
Product Prices
Product prices are exclusive of VAT and represent the minimum selling prices, with no further discounts applicable. Prices are subject to frequent changes due to variations in market conditions and in acquisition, management, transport, logistics and other related costs.
Purchase Procedure
To proceed with the purchase, add the desired products to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then complete the checkout procedure by following all the required steps through to completion.
The order shall be considered valid only when both of the following conditions have been met:

Acceptance of the purchase conditions and privacy information during the final checkout step;

Execution and completion of payment using one of the available payment methods.
The order shall be considered completed upon receipt of payment.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made by Credit Card, PayPal or SEPA Bank Transfer.
All transactions are securely managed through certified platforms protected by SSL encryption protocols.
The order shall be considered confirmed only upon actual receipt of payment, regardless of the payment method selected.
After Purchase
After completing the purchase, you will receive several emails updating you on the status of your order:

Receipt and confirmation of the order;

Payment confirmation;

Sending of the invoice in PDF format;

Notification that the order has been transferred to the warehouse for preparation. From this point onwards, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified;

Shipping confirmation with a link to track the order;

Access to service centres, reserved area and other services.
Conditions of the Online Purchase Agreement
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers available on the website of Fevi Srl Unipersonale, with registered office at Via R. Koch 49/a-51, 43123 Pilastrello - PR - VAT No. 02452730340.
By completing the purchase, the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions without reservation. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
The customer undertakes to print and retain the general terms and conditions and the specifications of the purchased product, in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
It is prohibited to enter false or fictitious data during the online order procedure. Fevi Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to request identity documents in order to verify the data entered.
Force Majeure and Withdrawal from the Agreement
In the event of force majeure or subsequent impossibility of performance, Fevi Srl Unipersonale has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement, notifying the customer of the reasons.
In the event of an obvious pricing error or the publication of information that is clearly inconsistent with the actual characteristics of the product, FEVI Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the agreement, promptly informing the customer.
If payment has already been made, the amount paid shall be refunded in full and without delay.
Availability and Orders
The product sales page will clearly indicate:

Product availability, for example “Ready for Delivery” or “Out of Stock”;

The number of units available;
-
The estimated delivery date.
User Account
It is possible to create an account on the Fevi Srl Unipersonale website in two ways:

By clicking the “Register” button and completing the required fields;

During the checkout procedure, by entering a password to create the account.
The user may close the account at any time by submitting a written request.
Account Limitations
Fevi Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to limit, suspend or close an account in the event of violations of the terms of use.
It is prohibited to create multiple accounts using different data. If multiple accounts are detected, the orders will be cancelled and the accounts will be closed.
Changes to Website Content and Conditions
Fevi Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to modify or remove website content at its own discretion in the event of violation of current regulations or the terms of use.
Jurisdiction
Disputes relating to online sales agreements shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
These general terms and conditions refer to Legislative Decree 206/05.
Distinction Between Consumer (B2C) and Professional Customer (B2B)
These conditions apply both to private consumers (B2C) and to professional customers (B2B).
However, the provisions of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/05, including the rights of withdrawal and legal guarantees of conformity, apply exclusively to private customers.
For purchases made by companies, professionals or VAT-registered entities, these provisions shall not apply.
