Terms of Purchase
1. Legal guarantee for consumers (B2C)
All products sold by FEVI Srl Unipersonale are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The guarantee covers defects of conformity that appear within 24 months of delivery of the goods.
The customer is required to report the defect within two months of discovering it by sending a written communication to FEVI Srl Unipersonale.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

improper use or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;

modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties;
-
normal wear and tear of the product or parts subject to consumption.
FEVI reserves the right to verify the defect and, if found, to proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Guarantee for professional customers (B2B)
For customers purchasing with a VAT number or as part of their professional activity, the provisions of the Civil Code (articles 1490 et seq.) apply.
The warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Any complaints or reports must be received within 8 days of discovering the defect.

4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

wear parts;
-
damage caused by incorrect installation, impacts or negligence;
-
use of non-original spare parts or accessories.
5. Regulatory references
This legal guarantee is regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the Civil Code.
The rights provided for by current legislation remain valid.
